Very nice

I love using white as a neutral base and accessorizing with pops of color in my jewelry and scarves. This shade works perfectly as that neutral canvas to let my accessories shine.

Frequently Asked Questions

1What kind of fabric is the kurti made of?

It's crafted from mulmul fabric - a finely woven pure cotton that's super lightweight and breathable, almost like your favorite t-shirt! We use only the best quality mulmul though, so it feels premium soft against your skin while keeping you comfy.

2How long is the kurti?

It's designed as a long kurti, measuring 43 inches to fall gracefully below your hips. The length is very flattering and not bulky at all. It'll complement your figure nicely!

3Can you tell me about the embroidery?

There's beautiful hand embroidery on the front, back, and sleeves featuring floral vines and patterns. It's done in the traditional Chikankari embroidery style from Lucknow. There's some really fine detail work with tiny stitches that embellish the crisp white fabric gorgeously!

4Just how long does that exquisite embroidery take?

Get this - it takes over 120 hours of work per kurti! Our artisans painstakingly hand embroider each piece by tracing out the patterns first, then slowly filling them with row upon row of tiny stitches. It's incredible artistry requiring so much patience and concentration!

5What's this mukaish embroidery you mentioned?

In addition to the Chikankari stitches, we've also used a type of embroidery called Mukaish to add more decorative texture. It creates a slightly raised effect on the fabric that makes the floral patterns pop beautifully! Paired with the Chikankari, it really enhances the vibrancy.

6Where do you make these beautiful kurtis?

Our skilled Chikankari artisans are from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh - world famous for the craftsmanship of its intricate hand embroidery passed down through generations. So your kurti carries on this proud decorative legacy!

1How do I wash and care for my Chikankari kurti?

We recommend gentle hand wash in cool water using a mild soap or detergent. Don't wring, stretch or scrub the fabric. Dry it in the shade, away from direct sunlight. You can give it a cool iron inside out if needed. Store it folded in a breathable cotton bag! Refer the care label too.

1How long does shipping usually take?

We ship all orders within 2-4 working days after you order. Delivery times can vary depending on where you're located, but on average it takes 5-8 working days within India. For international shipping, just add a few extra days!

2Can I track my order shipment?

For sure! You can easily track your order on our website by entering your order/tracking number here: https://www.zibaa.in/apps/track123 We'll also email you shipping confirmation and courier tracking details so you know exactly where your package is. Just drop us a line at support@zibaa.in if you need help with anything!

3What's your exchange policy like?

If you decide you need a different size or want to exchange the kurti for any reason, we allow exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order. It just needs to be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact. Check our Exchange & Refund policy for the step-by-step process! We permit one exchange per order.

4Do you offer pickup service for returns/exchanges?

We try our best to arrange convenient pickup through our courier partners if the service is available in your area. There's a small charge of Rs. 200 per kurti for that. If pickup isn't possible near you, you'd have to mail it back to us directly for any returns or exchanges. Just chat with us about it!

5What if I get a damaged or faulty product?

We hope that doesn't happen, but occasionally mistakes can occur. Please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos showing the issue clearly. We'll evaluate the damage and either arrange pickup/replacement for you if it's a genuine quality concern.
