Returns & Exchange Policy

At Zibaa, every outfit is thoughtfully handcrafted by skilled artisans in Lucknow. We want you to love your purchase, and if something isn't quite right, we're here to help make it right.

Size Exchange

Please refer to size chart mentioned on each product page before confirming your order. In case if you are not sure about your size, we would love to assist you in finding the perfect size for you. If you still face issues with the size once you receive the product, we offer one complimentary size exchange per order within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

• All original tags, packaging and accessories must be intact.

• The requested size must be available in stock.

• Exchange requests should be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

Where pickup service is available, we will arrange a reverse pickup. In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to courier the product to our warehouse. Our support team will guide you through the process.

Please note that only one size exchange is allowed per order.

Returns

We understand that shopping online can sometimes be uncertain. If you wish to return an unused product, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is unused, unworn and unwashed.

• All original tags and packaging are intact.

• The product shows no signs of use, perfume, stains, alterations or damage caused after delivery.

Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, you may choose one of the following:

• Zibaa Store Credit for the full product value (valid for 6 months), or

• Refund to the original payment method, after deduction of a ₹299 processing fee per returned item to cover reverse logistics and payment processing costs.

Shipping charges, COD charges and any additional service charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Sale & Promotional Orders

Products purchased during sitewide sales, clearance sales or promotional events are eligible for a size exchange (subject to availability). A pickup and shipping fee of Rs. 299 will be applicable. These products are not eligible for cash refunds.

Eligible returns for sale items will be issued as Zibaa Store Credit, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Products marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable on the product page are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are received in a damaged, defective or incorrect condition.

If multiple promotional offers are applied to an order (such as free gifts, complimentary products or bundle discounts), all promotional items must also be returned in their original condition if the return causes the order to no longer qualify for the offer. If the complimentary item is not returned, its applicable value may be deducted from the refund or Store Credit.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• a damaged product,

• a manufacturing defect,

• an incorrect item, or

• an item with missing components,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund at no additional cost.

To help us resolve your request quickly, we recommend recording a short unboxing video while opening your parcel. Although not mandatory, it helps us investigate claims much faster.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.

• Products returned without original tags or packaging.

• Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions (unless damaged or incorrect).

• Gift cards or promotional items.

Quality Inspection

All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon reaching our warehouse.

If the product does not meet the eligibility conditions mentioned above, the return or exchange request may be declined, and the product will be shipped back to the customer.

Refund Timeline

Once the returned product successfully passes quality inspection:

• Store Credit / Exclusive Website Coupon will be issued within 24 hours.

• Refunds to the original payment method will be processed within 5 - 7 business days. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes

• One complimentary size exchange is allowed per order.

• Returns and exchanges are accepted only after our quality inspection.

• Products showing signs of use, washing, stains, perfume, alterations or damage after delivery will not be accepted.

• Zibaa reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges in cases of suspected misuse or repeated abuse of the policy.

We provide free delivery across India on all of our merchandise!

Orders are typically shipped out 1-3 business days after the buyer places the order.

Unusual events might, however, cause delays that last longer than expected. You can get in touch with us if there is a delay (product not shipped out within the anticipated time frame).

We ship through reputable logistics providers to make sure the product gets to you quickly and in good condition.

Should You Hand Wash Or Dry Clean Your Chikankari Kurta?

Read the tag on every Chikankari item you buy. If it
says "dry clean," please choose that. If not, you should always wash your Chikankari garment by hand. The cloth and needlework will not be damaged by this gentle process. Always put on cold water when you want to wear a Chikankari garment or palazzos. Do not use your hands to rub the clothes.

Mild Cleansers
If you don't want the cloth to lose its shine or the stitching to fade, use a light detergent or baby shampoo. 

Clean Spots
Mix some light soap with a soft brush, and then gently use it to clean any stains on a Chikankari piece of clothing.

Stay out of direct sunlight
Chikankari Kurtis and palazzos should not be dried in full sunlight after being washed because they can fade. Choose to dry in the shade instead.

Tips for Storing: Don't Hang
Your Chikankari kurta doesn't need hangers; just fold it up and put it away. If you hang the stitching, it might get stretched or warped. 

Use cloth bags to store the garments
Use a linen or cotton bag to store your Chikankari garment.
This lets the fabric breathe and keeps bugs and wetness out of the clothing.

Keep the silica packets
Put some silica gel packets inside the storage area to keep wetness out, especially if you live in a hot area. 

Ironing and Moving Things
The iron should not be too hot

If you want to iron, you should always use low heat. To iron, always start from the back.Too much heat can damage the needlework and the fabric.

 Iron inside out
As a safety measure, flip the kurta inside out and iron it. For extra safety, you can put a thin cotton cloth over the kurta while you iron it.

Taking Care of Stains
Do not rub the area of your Chikankari kurta that is damaged if it gets dirty. Instead, use a little water to dab it. If you have spots that won't come out, you should get them cleaned by a professional instead of trying to do it yourself.

 Summary
The history, art, and style of Chikankari kurtas are all mixed together. As long as you take good care of them, they can last for years and years. Spending time taking care of your kurta not only makes it last longer, but it also protects the artistry that went into making it.
